• Human Design readings (1:1 sessions, foundational and ongoing support)

1.1 Human Design and Coaching Services
All readings, mentoring, and group experiences are based on the lens of Human Design and Melanie’s lived experience. These services are offered for educational, reflective, and personal growth purposes only. They are not a replacement for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
1.2 Digital Products
All digital materials are for personal use only. You agree not to reproduce, share, or distribute any content without written permission. These offerings are crafted with care and are intended to support your own journey—not to be resold or taught in other containers.
1.3 Group Programs
Spaces in group programs are limited and offered on a first-come basis. When joining, you agree to honour the shared space and community guidelines. These programs are sacred containers designed for mutual respect, safety, and support.
2. Payment and Pricing
2.1 Currency and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST is not currently charged. Pricing may change at any time. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment via credit card through Stripe.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Life is full, and your energy matters. If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session, please email
with at least 24 hours’ notice. While this is our preference, we also honour that life is complex and will use discretion for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows without communication will be charged the full fee.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including words, graphics, logos, programs, and digital downloads—is the intellectual property of Melanie Lavender. You are welcome to use it for your personal insight and reflection, but you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, resell, or adapt any of it without express written consent.
5. Boundaries and Disclaimer
All services are offered in good faith and are designed to support deeper awareness and alignment. However, by participating, you agree to take full responsibility for how you use the information or guidance received. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our services.
